If a landlord offers a one-year lease, a tenant may invoke the rights granted in this section no more than 30 percent of income toward rent in 2015. We don't see what we're not spending on rent as extra money — that's the important part. It's not worth it to booth rent if you have a note rate rent and receive an order.
